AI-Transition Audit for small businesses
Jemeen’s AI-Transition Audit helps a small business choose where to start with AI. The intended output is three priority automations, clear owners and measures, and a 90-day action plan, explained through an agent-led chat walkthrough. Our team handles problems that need human intervention. Implementation into live systems is separately scoped.
Audit report turnaround: five business days after complete inputs. The audit scope includes an agent-led chat walkthrough. Access depends on current service availability and release of your reviewed audit in your customer workspace.
Who it is for
The audit is intended for small businesses that want to improve a real workflow but need help choosing a practical first step. Published tiers cover businesses with up to 15 staff and 16–50 staff. Larger or unusually complex engagements need a scope discussion.
What the audit includes
- A workflow inventory: what happens, who does it, which information it uses and how often it occurs.
- A prioritised view of AI and automation opportunities, including the constraints and evidence behind each recommendation.
- A cost and margin view with assumptions shown, so estimates can be challenged rather than treated as proven savings.
- Three priority automation specifications, each with an owner, baseline, target and acceptance criteria.
- A 90-day action and change plan covering the pilot, training, communication and outcome review.
- An agent-led chat walkthrough of the findings, assumptions and next steps, with unresolved questions referred to our team.
Your agent-led walkthrough
When your reviewed audit and walkthrough have been released under the current service availability, access your walkthrough Here. Sign in with the email used for your audit. Your reviewed report and saved conversation stay together in your private workspace.
How the chat walkthrough works
An AI agent guides you through the report at your own pace. You can ask why an opportunity was prioritised, examine the evidence and assumptions, and work through the proposed owners, measures and first actions. Routine explanations stay with the agent. You explicitly confirm the plan before the audit is accepted.
If the report contains conflicting evidence, a recommendation cannot be supported, or a service problem cannot be resolved, the agent refers the unresolved question and relevant context to our team. You should not have to repeat the conversation. An interactive video walkthrough is planned as a later version.
What you need to provide
Bring the business result that matters most, descriptions of the main workflows, the systems involved, team responsibilities and available baseline measures. Useful evidence includes task volumes, typical time spent and examples of common errors. Agree a suitable method for sharing confidential material before sending it.
What happens after the report?
The business chooses a pilot and confirms its owner, measures and scope. Any live implementation needs a separate agreement covering systems access, approved changes, testing, rollback, training and the review date. Accepting an audit report does not mean an automation has been implemented or its savings have been achieved.
Timing and availability
The published report turnaround is five business days after complete inputs. Walkthrough access depends on current service availability and release of your reviewed report. Check the service page for current audit ordering availability, scope, pricing and terms. An enquiry or scorecard does not create a paid order or start delivery.
How to assess the result
A useful audit should make it clear what to try, who owns it and how you will know whether it worked. Check that each proposed benefit has a source or a labelled assumption. Ask what happens when the AI gets something wrong, and how the team can stop or reverse a change.
Read our guide to getting started with AI for a worked example of measuring a pilot. Jemeen is applying the same evidence-first approach to our own business.
